What Operating system are you running?

Also you can try searching your computer for "KLOK.dat" this is the storage file for klok 1.x

There doesn't appear to be a way change the 5 mins value, at least as far as I can tell. But Note: If you add the a project and spend less than 5 minutes on it(say 2 mins), and STOP the record. I don't seem to have a problem with this. Where are you deleting the Time Entries from? If you are doing it from the Project View I have found that the time entries remains on screen but they ARE deleted from the view when you close and reopen the project view.
